Before the frog-ridden pond turns frozen,

and the cheeks of children become rosen,

comes the most wonderful season of all;

my favorite season, here – welcome Fall!

I speak for the world when saying I love

crimson leaves fluttering down from above,

or pumpkins decorating front porch steps,

and the sound of trick-or-treaters' footsteps.

Fall has the most immaculate weather;

leave the house with nothing but a sweater.

The smell that makes everybody feel nice

is the scent of cloves and pumpkin pie spice.

Fall fills me with a feeling of bright cheer!

I wait for this splendid season all year.
