Is it running? Is it hiding?
Is it wrong, this thing I do?
Is it better to be braver,
loyal, steadfast, even true?
Is it laziness, or cowardice?
Are they wrong, these plans I make?
How can I know which choice is right,
when so much is at stake?
All these questions! Only questions!
Why no answers do I find?
Am I asking the right people?
Are these questions the right kind?
Still more questions! Only questions!
I cannot stay and simply ask,
so I will go forth, and I will seek.
I claim this as my task.

What I was feeling as I planned to run away from home... to join the circus :) Obviously, plans change.
