The writing titled “English Muffins, Math Tests, and Hotel Rooms,” written by, Gisele Kinaebel, talks about failing a test. Her writing left me feeling that the selections was relatable, and I agreed with this selection.

I find it very relatable and true to me. When the author wrote, “…after spending an half hour crying (when you should have been doing homework) because of your awful score,” I really could relate to that feeling, because I don’t like doing homework. I procrastinate anything and everything school related. I’ve also felt the same my day was really bad and you are madder at yourself than anyone else is, like the author writes, “Your mom isn’t mad like you expected; she tries to comfort you. You don’t really listen. Your mind can’t hear anything other than your brain telling you that you failed you failed you failed you failed,” I really liked this selection.
