Pineapple

In the poem Pineapple Malika Hedge speaks of a person but using a Pineapple as the object of correlation. The passion she uses to talk about the troubles and character of the pineapple trully touches my heart. I connect with this poem as I have friends that in Mallika's eyes would be "pineapples". I hope that she keeps writting poems because her talent for them is abundantly clear.
