While reading this article, I almost found myself nearing the point of tears because of the sad reality that many people these days take their own lives when people make fun of them and lead them to believe that it can’t get any better. I think that when faced with this situation of a friend confiding in them, this person demonstrates what a good friend would do. Even if you promise to not tell anyone that the other person is considering taking his own life, it would be a good idea to tell someone that you trust, preferably an adult such as a parent, teacher, or school counselor.
