Red Kayak
Red Kayak by Priscilla Cummings is an adventurous, present day story about a teenage boy named Brady. Brady grew up on the Corsica River in Maryland. His dad has been crabbing all his life and now Brady is catching on. He's always out on the river setting out crab pots or just boating around the bay. This summer Brady has to come to the rescue of his neighbors child Ben, who after going out on the river with his mom falls out of their new kayak. Brady is then crushed after the young boy dies and... well you'll have to read it to find out the rest.
The story is filled with action, adventure, and mystery as Brady tries to find out how the kayak sinks and why was his fathers drill hidden near his neighbors shed.
I'd recommend this book to anyone who enjoys mystery/action/adventure books.
