Scott Pilgram by Bryan O'Malley
Scott Pilgrim Get It Together by Bryan O’Malley is a graphic novel with a whole lot of comedy ,packed with action, and some romance.
Its summertime Scott Pilgrim (one of our main characters) in a relationship with Ramona Flowers (The american ninja). Which is better then ever you can say, but Scott have problem with Ramona ex boyfriends. Another problem is finding him a job.
Some subjects that were brought up was the “L word” I mean love. Whether Scott love Ramona or not. That for you to find out.
The part I like the most was finding out that Ramona ex-boyfriends are all not boys. I liked this part the most because it was a huge twist in the book for me it was hard to see it coming. If you like a book with a twist then this is a book for you.
The part I didn't like was is when Scott was fighting with one of Ramona ex-boyfriends near the end of the book. In the midst of the fight it just stop. I liked this part the least because I was really enjoying it then it like cut me off.
Connection that can be made is to people in relationships that love someone but there a obstacle in their way. This connection impact my reading of the book by telling me if you really love someone you can overcome anything that stand in your way.
I recommend this book to people that like graphic novel, action, comedy, and there a love story you say. So check it out you could really like it. I rate this book 5/5.
