The Dark Knight
The Dark Knight directed by Christopher Nolan is one of many great movies produced in 2008. This action packed film has a wonderful team of actors and includes some amazing special effects. With Christian Bale as Batman, Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent, Maggie Gyllenhaal as Rachel Dawes, Gary Oldman as James Gordon, and Heath Ledger as the Joker, this movie really comes to life. There is a battle between good and evil, anarchy and lawfulness, and trust and distrust. There are so many conflicts that keep the audience on the edge of their seats. Banks are robbed, buildings explode, and people die as chaos spreads through Gothem. Batman, Gordon and Harvey Dent are called to save Gothem from the chaos set off by the Joker, as it forces them to break their own rules.
