The runaway
" Run, run!"
" I'm sorry, I'm just so tired,"I screamed as I was gasping for breath.
"We'll be caught by the cops if you keep running this slow'', my partner in crime, Drew, said.
Next thing you know, I tripped over a rock and all the cash in my bag explode out.
"I'll see you at the house,Ben" Drew screamed.
By the time I looked up, he was gone.
I kept running, because I knew I couldnt gety caught. I already had a criminal rcord that would put me in jail for 20 years. I ran till I could run no more.
I stopped and saw a small thriftshop on my right. I decided to take a break and go inside. I wiped as much sweat as I could from my face and walked calmly and casually into the store
