Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

I take in a deep breath of the familiar salty ocean air, as my feet sink into the pebbly sand. The pre-storm wind glides over my tanned bare legs, and runs itself up my long blue t-shirt. I let out a sigh, and look around. Quickly tying my long brown hair into a bun, I run towards the welcoming ocean, and jump in. It's absolutely freezing, and I love it. This is what I've been craving. I kick out my legs, and start to swim. Everything that's happened for the past week slips away. It's all a distant memory as I make my way farther out. It's getting darker, but who cares? I could stay here, like this, forever...
