He traced his own lips. It was cold, but
fresh. His pupils dilated. Fingers were
taken away and replaced
with his tongue. Smooth vibrations
attacked his tongue. Again and again,
back and forth, it went. Sip by sip, his
tongue was impressed. Colorful indent-
ations of flavor, a halo of delicious, and
cool drips went between his lips. Shouts
for him to cool down, but this was
cooling down. And with that thought, the
last drop dripped. The world was loud again.
Just hits from fists and shots stinging
down to wrists. The boy set his bottle
down and looked up at the doctors.
"That water was really good. Can I
have some more?" he said.
