Preface: Dream…
“Alex please don’t do this.”
“I’m sorry Molly. But I can’t be with you anymore.”
“Fine. But, if you ever need me. I’m not bouncing back into your arms!”
He walked away. Leaving me to cry. I knew I didn’t love him. And that’s exactly what I told him too.

Chapter 12 The Impossible…
He jumped in my room with a soft thud.
I stood, my back against the wall. Impossible I thought nervously.
There was absolutely no way he could still be alive. I had killed both of them.
But there he was. Standing in my room with a devilish grin on his perfect face.

Jason.

He smiled at me, his teeth glinting in the light.
“Stay away from me!” I warned.
He laughed, “Oh Molly,” he said, “Why don’t you try and make me.”
He wanted me to, I know that for sure.
Of course I wasn’t going to!
But I wanted to, really bad. I wanted him to die. I just don’t know how to kill him.
“Now Molly,” he said tenderly, “I don’t want to hurt you.”
“Yeah, okay!” I said sarcastically.
He tried to step towards me. “No!” I yelled.
He froze. Apparently he didn’t want to kill me. But I wasn’t just going to believe him immediately. I had to find out what he was up to first.
“I thought I killed you.” I said icily.
He shook his head no. I gritted my teeth.
This couldn’t be happening.
He smiled. “I thought you would be angry with me,”
“But, I put you in a fire how did that not kill you?”
The smile still hadn’t left his face, “Vampires don’t burn.”
I stumbled back, for somehow I had made it away from the wall.
“Why so scared molly?” he chuckled.
I gulped down the lump in my throat.
“I-I-I’m not scared” I stammered.
He laughed.
I glared impatiently. What does he want! I thought.
“You.” he said.
I gasped in horror.
“No,” I shook my head, “No you didn’t hear my thoughts!”
“As a matter of fact I did”
I took a step to the side, hoping to make it to the door without him noticing.
“I wouldn’t try,” he said, answering my thoughts, “I’ll just block the door.”
My eyes narrowed.
I hated that. How was I supposed to do anything if he was poking inside my brain to find out what I’m planning on doing?
“I could turn you into a vampire if you wish. Then I cant read your mind.”
“NO!” I yelled.
He flinched.
I watched his facial expression of evilness turn to pleading agony. “Please Molly! I’m trying to protect you!”
“No you’re not,” I said icily, “You’re trying to get me closer so you can attack me!”
He shook his head, “Why won’t you trust me?”
“Because you tried to kill me!”
“That’s because I was under a threat between Jake. If I didn’t do what he said, he would kill me.”
I still didn’t believe him. How could he be trying to protect me if he tried to kill me just a year ago.
I looked at him closely. His eyes were soft pink. He was telling the truth. And more.
He loved me. I could tell. He didn’t want to see me get hurt.
“You’re right.” he confessed.
“I’m in love with you molly. Everything I did to try and hurt you makes me feel so horrible now that I wish I could kill myself.”
I took a slow step forward to take his hands. I was crying now.
“Molly please don’t cry,” he said softly.
There was a ruffling sound downstairs.
“We have to go.” he said swiftly, “Now.”
He took me by the waist and leaped out my window. I was breathless as we hit the ground. “You okay?” he asked.
“Yeah… sort of.”
“Hold on!” he yelled.
He was running really fast. I was scared that we were going to run into something.
“Just relax!” he said, answering my thoughts once again.
Then he abruptly stopped.
Jake was right in front of us.
“Jason, Jason, Jason. What am I going to do with you.”

Chapter 13 Fight.
“Jake.” he said warningly, “I’m warning you to stay back!”
“What are you going to do? Bite me? Sorry but that’s not going to work!”
I dropped to the ground and tried to sneak away before he saw me.
“Who’s this?” he growled.
I turned.
He smiled.
“Hello Molly.”
“Hello Jake,” I spat through my teeth.
He laughed. “Did you miss me?”
I shot him a cold look.
He winced. “Apparently not…”
I rolled my eyes.
I slowly walked behind Jason’s protective stance.
He watched me.
“What do we have here?” he smiled, “You’re protecting her!”
His face went to anger and suddenly Jason was gone.
I watched as he ran forward and there was crunching sounds and smacking sounds.
I didn’t want to hear it but I couldn’t block it out.
I could hear them yelling in pain every time I heard a bone crack.
I didn’t have to worry because they heal fast.
I was really scared. I was hiding behind a log, watching them take punches.
I winced whenever I heard a bone break.
Then suddenly I was lifted and we were being chased.
“W-w-what’s going on!” I yelled irritatingly.
“He want’s you.” He said icily.
“WHAT!” I yelled, wide eyed.
“I’ll keep you safe Molly!” he assured me, “I wont let him hurt you!”
I nodded my head. He told me we were going to his cabin, about 50 miles away, and that I should get some sleep.
I fell asleep in his arms.
Even though I was still unsure if I could even trust him.
I awoke in a small room of wooden walls and ceiling.
It smelled like freshly cut wood.
I was lying on a feather bed with a down quilt.
I was comfortable but I got up to see what was going on.
“Jason?” I called softly.
“Yes my love?”
That sent chills down my spine.
He called me his love.
Wow.
“What’s going on? Where’s Jake?”
“Shh…” he said softly, “He’s gone for now but, he’s still trying to find us. He’ll be here soon and we need to make sure that he doesn’t get to you okay?”
I nodded. Tears were brimming in my eyes.
He wiped them away and sent me back to bed.
When I walked in the room the first thing I did was scream.
Jason was standing right there.
He grabbed me and ran off.
I tried to break loose of his grasp but he was too strong.
He laughed as he ran, knowing that he just might have won this time.
We were approaching a very big, black, brick warehouse.
I was going to die here.
I just knew it.
And it would not be done with mercy.
I breathed a sigh of relief when I heard a familiar voice. Jason’s.
“Molly?”
