As the wind howled into my ears I looked up into the black blanket that covers our world. With every breath I took in my lungs burned. Then with one last look back at the ones I loved I fell.As I felt the air rush past me my eyes closed shut. I could feel my body being pulled down with the force of gravity.I could hear my heart like a drum echoing in my ears. With one last beat,with that one last breath. My body went numb, everything was black. I was gone. So I thought.
