Life In Motion
There's a misunderstanding
About who I am and what I stand for
Cause I feel like people only see
What they want and not what's at the core
If we could remove the misconceptions
And all the stereotypes
Than maybe you could get to know
What's really on the inside
I don't know you and you don't know me
But we're both extraordinary
If you took some time I think we could believe
You don't get me
All that you see
Is the outside
With no sugar coating
If you only knew
All that I've been through
See what I hide
You would find an explosion
An unopened book of emotions
I'm not frozen or broken
But I'm just waiting
To set my life in motion
You tell others not to judge you
Based on all the rumors they've heard
But you should take you're own advice
Cause when it's you the lines are blurred
Now I don't mean to tear you down
I just want you to know
That everyone's a sinner too
We're all the same on the inside though
Just because I believe different than you
And we have some different views
Doesn't give you an excuse
You don't know me
All that you see
Is the outside
With no sugar coating
If you only knew
All that I've been through
See what I hide
You would find an explosion
An unopened book of emotions
I'm not frozen or broken
But I'm just waiting
To set my life in motion
Diversity is beautiful
It's okay to be unusual
You are who you are
And you will become
Who you're supposed to be
You are you, and I am me
You don't know me
All that you see
Is the outside
With no sugar coating
If you only knew
All that I've been through
See what I hide
You would find an explosion
An unopened book of emotions
I'm not frozen or broken
But I'm just waiting
To set my life in motion
