To All Those Who Think They Aren't Good Enough
Have you ever felt that people constantly stare you down? Have you doubted your individuality because of what others say? Do you long for somebody to sit down and listen to you every once in a while? Do you try too hard to please others?
Dear Stranger,
You are perfect. You are beautiful. You are fine just the way you are. It is time you stop judging yourself through the eyes of others. Do you wish you were more beautiful, smarter, social? Give yourself some credibility, for Pete's sake! God didn't make us all the same cause then the word 'unique' would have had no meaning. Do you pity yourself for having no friends? STOP. Most people don't, they are just too goddamn timid to accept it. Be proud of yourself. You are one of a kind.
Look into the mirror and appreciate yourself. Introspect and discover your individuality. You are a lot many things than just someone with low self-esteem. You have your virtues and vices. Be proud of them. You have dreams just like everybody else. Chase them with zeal. Don't stop just because of the thought 'What would others think?'. Others don't give a damn. If people judge you, it defines them and not you. You are your best judge. Have a clear idea about what you do and then decide what's wrong and right. Others can make you feel inferior only if you give them the permission to do so.
Life is full of surprises, however you won't be able to enjoy them if you don't live your life the way you want to. You are good enough to leave any stone unturned. You are good enough to be what you always wanted to be. You are good enough to have enthusiasm and the energy to accomplish your wildest dreams. Do others constantly put you down? Screw them. The greatest men alive today were judged too. You can only trust your own shadow. You are your own power house of confidence. You have to become alive once again and breathe. Push yourself out of your little shell and that's when your life will be meaningful. Follow your heart more than your mind.
You like somebody? Go tell them. You are annoyed by somebody? Go tell them too! You hate being mocked? Hold your head high and be assertive! Stand up for yourself. You are your own king and your own slave. The world won't do anything to make you fell good about yourself. You have to make yourself feel good. Fall in love with yourself before falling in love with everything around you. You are your own hero! Write your own tale and be proud of it. Then, you would know how exciting life can be!
