I have a lime green toothbrush, but I don’t care about what color it is. I’m not sure if there are people who actually enjoy taking time to brush their teeth. I sure don’t, but I still do it twice a day, sometimes more if I eat something that smells weird or if I get bored and just feel like brushing my teeth. That only happened once, last Valentine’s Day. I was just as alone as I was any other day, but when you’re alone on a day all about love, it feels different. My dad came into my room and gave me a box of chocolates and a red toothbrush, you know, the color of love. I told him thanks but I have a toothbrush already. He said to keep it for when that one gets old. And I just really wanted to brush my teeth at that moment, but not with a Valentine toothbrush. I took my toothbrush and polished each tooth, and I realized I don’t care that the color is green. I just really don’t want it to be red.
