Summary:

Cody Lam is a local San Diego saltwater fisherman who owns a family fishing marina. But one day he gets a letter in the mail from the bank saying he needs to pay off his bills or they will sell his marina. Cody enters a fishing tournament in Catalina Island to try to save his family business. But another marina owner tries to prevent Cody from saving his marina. Hopefully Cody will be able to save his family business before time runs out.
