Summary:

A 13-year-old girl named Maya lives with her older sister, Mabel, and they work together for an underground criminal organization. They steal things to survive, but one day Maya ends up taking something that will bring both joy and tragedy to her life. One day, while looking through her room, Maya finds a mysterious book that tells her something about the thing she helped steal. She gets curious and goes looking, and then finds what she seeks, but little does she know how her life will be affected by it...
