Summary:

On the wall of William's home is a painting handed down from each generation of their family. The content of the painting is an ancient chessboard with unfinished endgames. William has never met his father, and his dream is to be an explorer like his father. Ten years later, William touched the painting by chance but found that there was a secret room behind the painting, and he started his adventure journey in the secret room. He encountered two challenges, both related to the chessboard in the painting. After overcoming his fear, William used his wisdom and courage to finally succeed in the challenge. After succeeding in the challenge, he received an unexpected surprise...

This plot turn was fantastic! I didn’t see that coming at all! Also, the details and imageries was so vivid that I felt like I was right there in the story. Brilliant!
