Summary:

When Dylan loses his sort of "security blanket" one day, his life gets chaotic. He, being a seventeen-year-old boy of a little over six feet, has always been a quiet, thoughtful kid, but now, his thoughts have become just too much. It doesn't help that his best friend, Mari, says she can't hang out with him anymore, because her brother saw evidence proving Dylan to be a crazy person. Her mother agrees that they shouldn't be around each other, she says. With the loss of his friend, and his comfort object, Dylan's emotions become unbearable. He does something that, apparently, proves to his parents that he needs some serious therapy. So, here he is. In therapy. Telling his story.
