Summary:

Caroline Trent-Hudson is a fifteen year old girl who has had a rough life. With her father in jail, she lives with her grandma, Nanfred, and her mother, Elaine. Both women drink, smoke, and yell at Caroline more than they should. The only thing holding Caroline together is her best friend, Justin. Read as Caroline struggles to keep her life together in The Life of the Unloved.
