Summary:

Welcome to Point Wade, Rhode Island, a coastal town with more trees than people. Blink and you might miss Point Wade completely. It's a trap to the teenagers who have grown up here with no more goals than to get away. That summarizes Florence "Renny" Abigail Lancaster perfectly. After her older brother was killed in an earthquake when studying abroad, life for Renny turned into a dull monotony. Now she lives only to get away from her childhood memories. But when an odd classmate of Renny's wends his way into her life, she seriously reconsiders all she's ever thought she knew.
