Summary:

Clara is a 12 year old girl who lives in a secluded cottage in the woods with her two parents. She was gifted a magical rose-tinted amulet when she was five years old by her father. The amulet was meant to prevent her from making any decisions that would endanger herself and those that she loved. She grows up on the belief that she is innately dangerous and self-destructive, and is rarely allowed to leave her cottage because of those tendencies.
