I think he will talk about how to make the town more safe for us after that horrible thing that happened to Billy's old next door neighbors.

Last month as everyone knows a terrible incident happened in the town in one of the homes down the street. After the case has been submitted to court the young boy has been charged with first degree murder and will spend the rest of his life in prison like facilities. The family of the kid feel so bad for not keeping their child on track and focused on life. As you can tell I am sending a message that we keep a closer look on our kids so something like that doesn't happen again. Not saying that it will but anything is possible.
