Okay. I'm about fed up with the little bit I've read concerning Obama. You people must have no idea what you're talking about! Look, I don't like Obama, but I'm not gonna bash the guy. Heck, I wouldn't want to be in his position either. He's done several things wrong. 1. He promised people hope, and gave people the impression that he's superhero or something. Wrong! Only God can save us. 2. He's focusing on all the wrong stuff...like, dude, healthcare wasn't a problem till you made it one. 3. He needs to realize he is not the best thing to happen since sliced cheese and take the advice of people who know shat they're talking about.

All that criticism said, I'll give it to Obama, he's hanging in there. Under that tough exterior is a soft interior. He underestimated how tough the job would be and didn't live up to his promises, but he is human! Rather than rag on the man in charge of the country and your computer screen at home, why not write him a nicely worded letter, or call his office...or protest. Something other than just complain! The American people run this country, not no president! We seem to have forgotten.
And to address someone saying that we know little of Obama, just google his name. We do know Obama. He attended Columbia and Harvard so he is not uneducated. Please people, just stop hating on the man. Bush got us where we are, and Obama's trying to fix it. He's doing a poor job of it in my opinion, but why don't you or I try, and see how easy it is. It's not. If we feel so strongly about our issues, we need to get up and do something.
So, like I said...I don't like Obama, but I respect him. How can I not. You have to respect somebody trying to help you, it's the only way others will respect you.
On a final note though, since everyone one is in an anti-democratic mood, Republicans were in power two years ago. So, most of the problems we have are because of Republicans! Go ahead! Vote them back in, and see where it gets you. Democratic are trying to evoke change. but it takes more than two years to change things! Come on people, be patient. After all, patience is a virtue. And I don't care, my president is black, and he's doing the best he can.

Barack Obama is a sham, a fake. He received amazing sums of donations from the Wall Street banks he bailed out. He was put in power not to be a man of the people, but to protect corporate interests that, for the first time, seemed to be on the precipace of ruin. He was deliberately ruined healthcare legislation (see conversations with for-profit health lobby), gave money to Wall Street (in exchange for donations) and has authorized the continued use of drone bombings in Pakistan, which leave hundreds of civilians dead. I hardly believe we can continue to let this corporate-loving murderer get away with his crimes.

(As a note, I despise Republicans just as much, if not more, as Obama-style Democrats. If anything I'm fair in my anger)

I have yet to set any convincing argument adduced for the existence of god. I'm not saying I'm sure there is not a god but I'm sure that you cannot prove that there is. If you do believe that all of the universe needs a prome mover then deism is as far as any logical person may venture. But you said god will save us. So I take it you believe in an theistic god. A belief which is unfounded at its best and pernicious at its worst.

Okay...I see your point, but if healthcare is such an important issue, i would think, since i've taken countless history classes since elementary, i would've heard a reference to it...something. And yea, I don't like Obama. I feel he comes off cocky, but because i don't know him, I suppose I have no basis to say that. I know little about his policies, so I can't really say I dislike that, can I? And excuse me? God does exist. I know you went sunday school as a child, so don't even go there.

A history book my help you with the heathcare issue. It is a landmark piece of legislation. Many progressive presidents have tried to pass it. Do you know why it is an important and hrad fought piece of legslation? Because it affects the very lives of millions of people.

I said god is an non entity, as in nonexistent.

You said " I don't like Obama". I can assume that you mean his policy, unless you have a issue with her person.

So if you have an issue with his policy then that must mean that there is a better method of action. What might that be?

I definitely said health care wasn't an issue till he made it one, not that it's not a serious issue. Two completely different statements. I never said a non-entity could save the nation. I definitely said God. A nonentity by the way is an unimportant person or thing. Obama is definitely important. And I'M not protesting anything. I'm merely responding in an article to another article I read. I don't need to delineate a plan of action if i'm not protesting.

Healthcare is not a seriou issue? Is that a joke? The fetid helathcare semblance of a system that America calls healthcare is  a international joke. We have 50 million people whom are uninsured.

It is impossible for a non-entity to save something that exists (like this nation).

What exactly are you protesting? Have you delineated any plan of action?
