Paint
I want to smash
a Van Gogh and
combine it with
a Picasso and
then paint new
life into both and
when it’s a mess
and a disaster
but astonishing
as laughter
in a dark place
I will hang it
in the rafters
and stare at the
ceiling ever after

I wrote this poem a while ago when I wanted to express how I felt about art. Art is something that inspires me a lot, but I hate it when people argue over the meaning of art. Yes, with some artworks the meaning is important, but sometimes art doesn't mean anything, sometimes it is just a beautiful mess.
