Heartbeats flutter
Twisting and turning
Like leafs in the wind
It falls

Blue veins crossing
Spider webs beneath our skin
Bulging against fragile petals
It rushes

Whispered breaths stagger
Revealing every secret
Wilting in exhaustion
It stills

Buds close to the dark
Receptive to the cold
Goose bumps line the arms
It ends

Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels.
The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes -
the ones who see things differently.
They're not fond of rules and they have no respect for the status quo.
They push the human race forward.

That was lovely. Wonderful work.
