I Have a Dragon in my Castle
A dragon lives in my castle
Which lies in the city of Basle
 The castle’s named Reno
And there sits a young horse, a lively palomino
Whose black horseshoes display optimistic purple tassels.

 My dragon protects the tower
Where the princess waits every hour.
She waits and hopes that the next one will arrive
And, that he may not be burned alive
Yet another death by Dragon’s angry firepower.

My livid green dragon stands guard of the castle.
He’s not exactly what I call gracile.
 The poor thing means well,
But the princess finds him to be only a hassle.
