Our Road

I'm picturing a long road
In the middle of nowhere-
a place of beauty never beheld
by anyone but us
the end of the road can't be seen
here we stand, at the beginning
of this never-ending path
it is us
shall our love be like this road?
beautiful, endless, and flawless?
shall our faith remain?
Will our destiny be so simply lain
out before us?
I only ask that we journey together
as one
