Freeze MAG
Someone calls out freeze
And you’re sitting here by me
On a cold black floor
And our tennis shoes are touching
And I wring my shirtsleeves
And I hold my breath
Because I don’t want the
Vibrations to escape
Someone calls out freeze
And you’re not sitting by me
You’re staging someone’s life
And you’re fighting
You would have won
Someone calls out freeze
And I’m at a white desk
In a black room
And a piano and
Your spellbinding
Voice
Reverberate around me
And I wring my shirtsleeves
And hold my breath
Because I don’t want the
Vibrations to escape
Time freezes
And I watch you through mirrors
The electric air
Leaves me thunderstruck
And I don’t want the vibrations to
Ever go away
I say hi to you through mirrors
I can almost taste your smile
But you can’t see my tears
I wring my shirtsleeves
And hold my breath
Because I don’t want the
Vibrations to escape
Through foggy mirrors
You tell me sweetly
“We can never be”
I want to taste your smile
But you will never taste my tears.
