DECK of LIES
Everything you told me,
I believed, I remember me...sitting in bed every night, thinking, wondering, if you ever gave me a
second glance...before you judged me and threw me
in your mental waste, leaving me to rot in with the others...you, you lied; you hurt me like no one has ever hurt me. Jeez, you didn't hurt me quickly, easy; no you hurt me bit by bit, piece by piece, just to mark your territory. You didn't love me although you say you did...lies.
your words meant more than my own...but to find out...that I was being played in your deck, your deck of lies, deceit and terror, make's me afraid, afraid...afraid of everyone surrounding me, making me afraid of myself and making me unable to open my heart, again.
