A falling star
Is just a wish to your heart.
Holding back is all I’ve known
To do.
Tho this is something different,
This feeling I have
For you.
I just don’t know why,
It makes my very head spin.
Even the very thought
Of saying goodbye,
Just terrifies my already
Unsteady heart.
Loving every minute together,
Makes our whole
World shine.
I don’t know why,
But since I’ve met
You…
I’ve not believed in those
Falling stars.
Cause right now I
Have my own
Falling Shine.

Why would you want your shine to fall? Isn't it the opposite? I thought it's good to shine, so you can be the star; center stage and famous!
