Rain MAG
And they told me that it wouldn't rain
But it did.
And that the sun would always shine
Dream on.
Rain drops pitter patter on my face
Cold little fingers running down
My back.
So, the weather changed and I
Sat down
upon a cool black rock
lightning blindly stabbing for me
in an elegant dance of death.
I have heard that storms are passing
Not yet.
In a little while things will mend
Perhaps.
But I have seen the fury of the sky
Have been smitten and bitten
Day by Day
Thunder has bashed my mind and I
wade through smudged mud.
Do I
dare to dream of light?
I will wait for a piece of blue sky
horizons overcast in my sight.
