Tilted at an angle
so its insides run slow
Down a tube to soothe the spirit
it settles and begins to grow
Over time it starts to peak
splitting reality from what isn't real
Slurred, happy, and lost
the bottle starts to steal
No memories after the fact
just another night in the past
Another bottle tilted otnight
more to make the spirit last
