Te Quiero MAG
A crinkled piece of paper
bringing back the moments
and the needs
and the dreaming.
The smudge of ink
blurs the thoughts
and the fears
and the crying.
The browning stain
of the friend
and the pain
and the bleeding.
That terrifying night when you held me
with your words
and your laughter
and your listening.
The newly-framed photograph
bringing out the new feelings
and the new needs
and the new dreaming...Te quiero por siempre.
This poem is dedicated to a very special friend who already knows who he is. I just wanted to thank him for being there when I've needed him the most.
