My Angel watches me sleep,
She fights off bad dreams,
And brings only good things to me.

My Friend use to watch me play soccer,
She would cheer me on above the crowd,
And never did miss a game.

My Angel saved me from the bully,
He threw me down near the playground,
And tried to hurt me.

My Friend use to stand up for me,
She'd fight with words with fists ready,
And then she would cheer me up.

My Angel and Friend are the same,
My Angel appeared after that day,
And I couldn't even save my Friend.

My Friend I will always miss,
My Angel will help me through it,
