The Truth of the World
His heart is cold and empty.
The blood it pumps is a deep, evil, black.
He hopes that he will be remembered as a hero,
But he is nothing more than a murderer.
Blood will mark his resume', the blood of victims far and wide.
He does wrong to those who try and make the world right.
He believes himself to be worthy of a throne, but he is worthy of nothing less than death.
His past has scarred and betrayed many,
And it is not long before they seek revenge upon the maker of their pain.
His goal is to prosper but his achievement is a state of growing terror.
He is not helping anyone but himself; people dying everywhere do not faze him.
He is the beast that wages war and the king that gives nothing.
He is ruthless, he is government.
