Big brown eyes
Filled with tears.
Spils, splash, splosh.
"I can't do it", she says.
One day passes.
Splash, splish, splosh.
The sun beating down.
Urging her to jump in.
Why can't she do it?
It's only 3 feet deep.
Come on, take a chance.
"I can't do it", she says.
One week passes.
Come on, take my hand.
We can do this together.
Let go.
Be free.
A smile devoured her face.
Together.
