Footsteps of memories
are erased
and forgotten.
Driftwood are beached
Their wandering days are over.

Where the water meets the soil,
Boats are carried ashore
to safety,
to a new world,
or to home.

The creatures of the land
cannot live in the ocean

constantly,

and forever.

Just as the sky touches the earth,
Just as the sun brightens the moon,
Just as the stars connect to one another,
The ocean will always meet the land.
