How to Unmask the Beast
Peeling of the skin-
Ripping of the flesh-
Ridding of the evil.
With every rupture, there is less sin,
Less horrid beast that I am,
And less of me to see.
The sickness wants me to dismember myself,
So the evil can be exposed.
It hungers for everyone to see what exists inside of me.
So against my will,
I silently pluck away at what used to be human,
But now lives a monster.
So with every lost piece of my shell,
The darkness grows bigger as I shrink.
And soon our roles will be switched.
