My Heart is yours

Hearts,
Can be broken,
Shattered, or torn.
They can also be magical
Stored with love and more.
A heart is valuable,
It can never be replaced
Because what you feel is unique
And no one will ever know how much
You can take.
A heart is never perfect.
It does not have instructions.
You build and uses it the way
You think it should be treated.
Don't put your heart too forward
And never one step back,
Just keep it in one place
So it will never break.
Give it to your lover
For them to keep and take.
For my heart is forever yours
And I could not ask for anymore.

i really like this,
it rhymes and then doesnt all at the same time. ive never thought of not taking a step back it makes perfect sence though.

i am really impressed
Scientist cannot comprend the way we feel, or I should say, the way our hearts feel. They can take over us in one second, but, if you love someone, it is easist to let your body know too. Our hearts need to stay with that special one that they hold on to. I hope the readers picture someone in their mind, thats how you know you're in love.
