Tap, Tap, Tip, Tap,
Goes the golden shoes
on your feet;
twirling for no one
but the world;
On the rose-covered floor
or on the moon;
Your rhythm never stops;
The crowd in Awe,
as you tap and swirl;
Tip, Tap, Tap, Tip;
Goes the dancing shoes
on your feet,
As you stand and bow
the crowd goes wild;
You are the golden one
tonight
with your dancing feet.
