Goodbye
As I got up for school,
Before I looked for my sister,
Since she had to wake up early,
After my mom told me not to put on my school clothes,
I realized it was going to be a bad day.
As we drove to my grandma's house,
While I heard all their sobs,
After hugging all the familiar people who walked in,
As I laid a kiss on his cold forehead,
I said goodbye to my papa, and I mourned with my family.
