Time's Voice

The flow of tides,
The growth of minds,
In shadow or in light,
The cure of every blight.
The life of many, the death of all,
Escape is the goal from which all fall.
Acceptance would aid,
If immortality is tried made.
Not to give up hope,
But to never succumb or mope.
To persevere in the course
As an unstoppable horse.
To stop for nothing
And insist on running.
The cause of hurry,
But the undoing of a flurry.
Everything’s need,
The necessity of any seed,
And the only voice thy must heed.
