gateway to heaven.

the wood protrudes out from the grass, creating a gateway into the water. the young girls scramble across, standing on the platform surrounded by a mirror of clouds and colorful leaves put there by mother. the white wispy clouds slide, polishing the mirror to create a clearer picture. flashes fly through the air as each moment is captured into a memory. the leaves fall off the trees as the pages of the calendar turn.
mirror's reflection
wish it would last forever
don't throw any rocks
