Eyes that lie
And lips to match
These lying lips smile
And tell you I’m okay
LIES!
These eyes hide my emotions
All of them bottled up inside
For no one to see
They tell you I’m okay
LIES!
These eyes these lips
They lie to everyone
Why do they do this?
They tell you I’m okay
LIES!
They have succeeded
You believe I’m okay
In my head I scream
Why? Why do you believe these damn
LIES!
I try to stop them to tell you I’m not okay
To tell you I need help
But they won’t let me
They just lie to you
Again and Again
