The One
I lay there at night wondering about what could have been
He was more than just another friend
I thought for sure that he loved me
But maybe we were just not meant to be
Every day that goes by I find myself thinking of only him
He would sit with me at the sunset when it got dim
Nobody could understand how I feel now that he is gone
The sad thing is that I wrote him a story, poetry, and a song
I knew when I fell in love with him I would do it over again
We were tougher for most of camp, he was my boyfriend
You would not believe how many times we made out
But when I was with him I never had a doubt
