My life is on the branch of a tree
I change colors like red, yellow, and orange during the fall
I swing and sway with my best friend the wind
I get bruised and mangled when people rake up my friends and I
Now do you know what I am?
I am a multi-colored leaf!
I give you shade on a hot summer day
I greet you with a warm welcome as you drive down the street
