Fear on a Lonely Avenue
  . Here's the thing, I'm not a ghost
. I leave imprints on the floor
. If you don't believe, look by the lamppost
. I know you've seen me there before
. I walk the sidewalk every Sunday
. And watch the dying light
. I return again on Monday
. And next on Tuesday night
. I come only before the last wind blows
. And after the light has gone
. I come only when, the moon has rose
. And shadows there are long
. And if you think I'm haunting you
  . You're wildly mistaken
. Tonight I've come, to bid you adieu
  . For I know I am forsaken
. You have won our endless war
  . Tonight I say goodbye
. We were strangers once before
. And now I must leave thy
  . So here I go
  . Goodbye, my victim
  . Don't sweat another day
. I am gone, and left, and lonesome
. And you are on your way
