There is an angel that roams this Earth
One who had quite a glorious birth.
But now he seems to have broken his wing.
And the memories for him still tend to sting.
He was a guardian, a protector of man
And when he had failed at that, he ran.
For this glorious angel, was afraid to fail
And for this reason he will no longer avail.
I feel so sorry for such a glorious being.
One who invokes such emotion on seeing.
For if he knew all that he could be
He would fight again and rescue me.
For once more in my life, I need him so
And how much I wish, this he could know.

So many people lose sight of everything when they fail at something. In the process of believing they were failures they make it so. A beautiful, but sad, way of pointing this out.
